
She started in Pineville, NC and was happy to return after being snowed in and missing the event the previous year. She was able to retain the same partners and won her first 2 Singles events on the season. It was a good warm up for the ADO Nationals and Las Vegas Open. She would enter the event as the 2 time defending National Cricket Champion but lost in the Top 8 to Paula Murphy. The next day she was able to defeat Paula in the 501 Finals to claim her first ADO 501 National Championship.
February brought the Shoot for the Moon tournament in Huntsville, AL where she won 2 Singles Titles including the BDO Sanctioned 501 event. She returned to Pineville, NC for ADO 5-6 National Qualifier and won the event to earn a spot in the ADO Masters National Playoff. In March she won 2 more Singles Titles at the Fire on the Mountain tournament in Asheville, NC.
In April Sandy and her GGDG teammates traveled to Charleston,SC and brought the NC/SC Ladies Challenge Cup back to the upstate. She played in the Charlotte Open and won the ADO Masters National Playoff in Charlotte, NC to earn a spot in her 8th Winmau World Masters in England. May brought the Darts for Arch tournament in Inma, SC and her 8th Singles Title of the season. In June the GGDG defending the NC/SC Cup topping the Wilmington, NC team.
In late June she traveled to Deerfield Beach, FL for the Cherry Bomb International and won 2 Singles Titles including the BDO Ranked 501 Singles Titles. July was a busy month that got started with a bang in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies at the WDF America's Cup. There she helped Team USA capture the Gold Medal in team play and win the America's Cup Single's Title for the first time in her career. Next up was the QCDA Summer Shootout in Pineville, NC where she claimed 4 titles and the SCUDL Summer Slam in Greenville, SC where she won Cricket Singles. She and her GGDG teammates defended their Cup over Spartanburg.
She returned in September at the Palmetto Dart Classic in Greenville, SC where she won Cricket Singles. She also won the ADO Area 5-6 National Cricket Qualifier in Pineville, NC to punch her ticket for Las Vegas for ADO National Championships. Then she was off to England where she competed in the 45th Winmau World Masters and Lakeside World Pro Qualifier. In the Masters she advance to her bracket Semi-Finals eventually finishing in the Top 36. She made a deep run in the Lakeside Qualifier winning her bracket and reaching the final round where she lost to a talented Polish player and finished one step short of her goal.
She won the Winmau Cricket National Championship and the Winmau 501 National Championship in October and won the 501 Singles Title at Ghost on the Coast, her 17th Singles Title of the season. In November she and her GGDG teammates defended the NC/SC Challenge Cup vs The Pineville, NC ladies.
