Sandy had a "monster" weekend limping around her hometown tournament, the Foothills Fling, winning over 10 % of the total prize money. She won six times and finished second twice in 9 events, she visited the L-Style Finals board eight times in 2 days. With Gage Alvarado, her youth partner, they lost early in Cricket and finished 2nd in 501. Her and GPDA teammate Amy Tucker won 501 doubles and finished 2nd in cricket. Her mixed partner was Flying Bull Darts teammate Robbie Phillips and they swept both doubles events and picked up Dan Naylor to win again in Mixed Triples. Sandy won both singles over two Chattanooga girls. She beat Sandy Haas in 501 and Lisa Ayers in Cricket to earn her 10th singles title this year. The highlight of the tournament was the great support from her sponsors "L-Style Global" and "Monster Barrels Design" who made substantial donations to the charity event which raises money for a shelter for battered and abused women in our area.
