This year she again helped the East Team to an impressive win and earned the #2 seed for the 501 National Championship. After winning 2 of the last 3 Nationals she had high hopes and got off to a good start beating Lisa Brown 3-0 in the first round.
But those hopes came crashing to the ground in the next round when she played fellow Kryptonite Girl and top ranked Paula Murphy. She was up 2-1 and had her chances but eventually lost a tough match 3-2 to Paula who went on to win her first ADO 501 National Championship.
Though she was disappointed, she looks forward to the next big event in England at the Winmau World Masters in October. There she will represent America for the 5th time in international competition and try to win a World Championship. Thanks go out to Sandy's incredible sponsors L-Style Global, Flying Bull Darts, Spider Tech and Kryptonite Darts for all they do to support her.
