Sandy was close to home this weekend as the Greater Greenville Dart Girls hosted the Spartanburg Ladies Team in the NC/SC Ladies Challenge Cup Series which is now in it's 42nd year.
The local girls were good hosts as always and brought lots of food and snacks for everyone, the match was played at the Mid City Shrine Club in Wellford, SC.
Her teammates on the day were Mari Cavagna, Haley Scott, Teresa Cepek, Ashlee Woodbeck, Amy Patterson and Leanne Avellino. It was a competitive match and in the end the GGDG defended the Cup in a 16-8 victory. Sandy contributes much of her success to the quality products supplied by her sponsors. She will be back in action in a couple of weeks for a new tournament in Columbia, SC, the first in many years.
