
She started off Saturday at the Lake Bowen Country Club Summer Shootout in Inman, SC where she won every event she entered. She captured Ladies Doubles Combo with Angie Force whom she was playing with for the first time. She and John Liggett won Mixed Doubles Combo and she won the Ladies Singles Combo over fellow Kryptonite Girl Candra Archbold. Sunday she traveled to the first ever qualifier for the United States Sports Dart Alliance and earned her spot in the USSDA 501 National Championship coming next month in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was the only female to show up and competed in the tough field of male players finishing tied for second place.
Sandy is off to England next week competing in the Winmau World Masters and the Lakeside Qualifier for the seventh time in her career. She will be returning to Bridlington, a quaint English seaside town and popular holiday destination for the first time since her first international event there in 2008. This year's events are paired with the BDO run British Open and British Classic so she will be quite busy on this trip.
